if you've come across a job that interests you, we understand that responding quickly is crucial. That's why we're putting in the effort to ensure our recruitment process is efficient and thorough.
Our Recruitment Team aims to review all applications within 72 hours of receipt. Each application is given careful consideration, and if suitable, you will be contacted via telephone or text for an initial pre screening call. This call provides an opportunity for us to share more details about the role and our organisation, while also learning more about you. If the role remains of interest and your application continues to meet our criteria, it will be forwarded to the hiring manager for further review.
For permanent positions, the first stage of the interview is typically conducted online with the hiring manager and a member of our HR team. Successful candidates will then proceed to a second-stage interview, which is held face-to-face. For contractor roles, the interview process often involves a meeting with the Head of Division, which may take place online or in person.
For contractor roles, the recruitment process is designed to be completed within four weeks. All contractors must undergo a Network Rail-standard drug and alcohol test and, where applicable, an occupational health medical. For permanent positions, the recruitment process is typically completed within six weeks. Roles requiring a Personal Track Safety (PTS) qualification will also include a Network Rail-standard drug and alcohol test before commencement. If you have any questions during the recruitment process, please don’t hesitate to contact us at careers@auctusmg.co.uk.
